Courgetes and Proposed Novel
Today, I picked small courgettes from my organic garden, cut them into 1/2inch slices and sprinkled them with salt. Dipped into chickpeaflour batter and deep fried they were delicious served with tomato chutney. The fritters were juicy inside and crisp on the outside.
